Love stuffed Clams but, not the price. Good way to remake a left-over!

Ingredients

  • 1 can baby clams with juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dill, dried
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 4 tablespoons chopped scallion greens
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup left-over turkey broth
  • 4 cups prepared stuffing mix

How To Make left-over stuffing? turn it into clam cakes!

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients except paprika
  • Step 2
    Spoon into greased muffin pans
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with paprika
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake. Aprox. 35-45 minutes
