- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons caraway seeds (optional)
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 - raisins
How To Make irish soda bread

Step 1Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Step 2In another bowl combine eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter. Pour and combine the wet ingredients and mix with a spoon.

Step 3Once mixed, pour into a 8-9 inch pan that been greased and floured.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes
