  • 4 oz
    white cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise (feel free to use low-fat)
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 can(s)
    green chilie, dice (4 1/2 ounces)
  • 1 Tbsp
    ranch dressing mix (dry mix)
  • 1
    french bread loaf, sliced into 1" slices and toasted

How to Make Green Chile Cheese Toast


  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread on toasted french bread slices.
  2. Broil 5 inches from heat until bubbly.
