E-Z Low Fat Bisquick Mix

I've been using this recipe since 2007 and always keep a jar of on the counter. Use it just as you would any baking mix. I'm posting the original recipe but I never add any sugar. It's easy enough to add some Splenda if I want a sweet dough for anything.

unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 c
sugar (totally optional, i never use it)
1 c
nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 c
cornstarch
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1 1/2 tsp
salt

How to Make E-Z Low Fat Bisquick Mix

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix together.
  • 2Cover tightly and store.
  • 3Use water, buttermilk or skim milk to moisten. Use as much as needed to make dough or batter to the consistency you want for biscuits, pancakes, or whatever.
