tasty banana nut muffins
I had some overly ripe banana's needing used, so these delicious muffins were my end result... Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup softened, butter- room temp
- 3 - mashed, banana's
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts - i used walnuts
How To Make tasty banana nut muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Step 2In a bowl, cream the sugar, egg and butter together, until fluffy. Add all remaining ingredients and mix only until dry ingredients are incorporated.

Step 3I scooped close to 1/4 cup of batter into each liner. I sprinkled each with a little sugar. Place in oven and bake for30 minutes or until pick comes out clean.

Step 4These muffins freeze nicely as well...if they last that long!
