Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups - all purpose flour
- 2 cups - grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup - milk 2%
- 1/4 cup - unsalted butter
- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
How To Make spicy cheddar muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin tins with non stock spray

Step 2In a bowl mix together egg, milk and butter

Step 3In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.

Step 4Slowly whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Fold in the grated cheddar cheese

Step 5Fill the muffin tins 3/4 full with batter and place in oven.

Step 6Bake for 20-25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 mins.
