sausage muffins
I made these muffins for my family because they make a great on-the-go breakfast, snack, or even a finger food! Want to change things up? Add ham and jalapeno peppers.

Ingredients
- 1 pound (any flavor) bulk sausage
- 3 cups biscuit mix
- 1 can campbell's fiesta nacho cheese soup
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make sausage muffins

Step 1Cook and crumble sausage until no longer pink - drain

Step 2Combine sausage, biscuit mix, soup, shredded cheddar and milk to form a dough. If dough is too stiff, add 1/4c milk to loosen it up.

Step 3If not using muffin liners, liberally spray muffin tins. Using a tablespoon (or a medium ice cream scooper), spoon mixture into muffin tins.

Step 4Bake at 350* for 15-18min.
