Ingredients
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 - eggs, beaten
How To Make pecan pie muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease mini muffin cups geneously.

Step 2In medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, flour and pecans. In seperate bowl, beat butter and eggs together. Stir in dry ingredients just until combined.

Step 3Spoon batter into muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Run knife around edge of each muffin to pop it out
