Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1 cup grated apples
- 1-1/2 cup self rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
TOPPING
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make pecan apple muffins

Step 1

Beat eggs, stir in milk, oil and grated apples.

Step 2

Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon. Combine with egg mixture.
Step 3

Pour into 12 greased muffin cups
Step 4

For topping - mix pecans, brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Spread on top of each muffin.
Step 5

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
