- WET INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oats
- 11/3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chips
How To Make oatmeal chocolate chip muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place paper liners in muffin tins.

Step 2Whisk together wet ingredients, add oats. Let stand 10 minutes.

Step 3Combine remaining dry ingredients. Stir wet into dry. Add chocolate chips.

Step 4Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
