  • WET INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • DRY INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c
    oats
  • 11/3 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 c
    mini semi-sweet chips

How To Make oatmeal chocolate chip muffins

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place paper liners in muffin tins.

    Whisk together wet ingredients, add oats. Let stand 10 minutes.

    Combine remaining dry ingredients. Stir wet into dry. Add chocolate chips.

    Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
