Muffin Tin Eggs

I had these at a meeting at work. Black forest ham was used.
I hope you enjoy these as much as the crew and I did.
Not just for breakfast. Can also have for brunch.
Ingredients

·muffin tin pan, sprayed
-
·thin sliced ham slices
-
·1 can rotel tomatoes, drained

·grated cheddar cheese
-
·eggs
How to Make Muffin Tin Eggs
- Spray each muffin tin well with non-stick spray.
- Place a slice of ham in bottom of each muffin well.
- Place 1 tablespoon of tomatoes on top of ham.
- Sprinkle with favorite grated cheddar cheese over tomatoes.
- Break 1 egg into each well.
- Sprinkle with desired amount of salt and pepper.
- Bake @ 350 for 18-20 minutes or until the yolks are as firm as desired and whites are cooked through.
