Very tasty!! I had these at a meeting at work. Black forest ham was used. I hope you enjoy these as much as the crew and I did. Not just for breakfast. Can also have for brunch.

Ingredients
- - muffin tin pan, sprayed
- - thin sliced ham slices
- - 1 can rotel tomatoes, drained
- - grated cheddar cheese
- - eggs
How To Make muffin tin eggs

Step 1Spray each muffin tin well with non-stick spray.

Step 2Place a slice of ham in bottom of each muffin well.

Step 3Place 1 tablespoon of tomatoes on top of ham.

Step 4Sprinkle with favorite grated cheddar cheese over tomatoes.

Step 5Break 1 egg into each well.

Step 6Sprinkle with desired amount of salt and pepper.

Step 7Bake @ 350 for 18-20 minutes or until the yolks are as firm as desired and whites are cooked through.
