These biscuits are easier than rolled biscuits and have the terrific country ham flavor

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (hellmann's or best brand)
  • 2 cups chopped country ham

How To Make muffin cup ham biscuits

  • Step 1
    Heat the oven to 425. Grease 12 regular or 24 mini muffin cups.
  • Step 2
    Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir with a fork to make a soft dough.
  • Step 3
    Drop by spoonful's into the greased muffin cup. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes for regular or 8 to 10 minutes for mini muffins.
