How to Make Muffin Cup Ham Biscuits
- Heat the oven to 425. Grease 12 regular or 24 mini muffin cups.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir with a fork to make a soft dough.
- Drop by spoonful's into the greased muffin cup. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes for regular or 8 to 10 minutes for mini muffins.
