Makes 12 regular sized or 24 mini muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (hellmann's or best brand)
- 2 cups chopped country ham
How To Make muffin cup ham biscuits

Step 1Heat the oven to 425. Grease 12 regular or 24 mini muffin cups.

Step 2Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir with a fork to make a soft dough.

Step 3Drop by spoonful's into the greased muffin cup. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes for regular or 8 to 10 minutes for mini muffins.
