Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1 large egg
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk, i used 1%
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make melt in your mouth morning muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray 12 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat together 1/2 cup sugar, shortening, and egg.

Step 2In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Beat flour mix into egg mix, alternately w/ milk.

Step 3Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 mins, or until golden. Pour melted butter in a shallow bowl. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon in another bowl. Submerge muffins in butter, then roll in cinnamon/sugar mix. Serve warm.
