- 1 pint ice cream (any flavor)

Step 1Preheat oven to 425. Grease 12 muffin cups.

Step 2Mix flour and ice cream and mix until smooth.

Step 3Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake until toothpick comes out clean, about 20/25 min.

Step 4For a creamier texture add 1/3 cup milk.
