Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces can jalapenos, chopped or diced
- 4 ounces can green chilies, chopped or diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 2/3 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- CORN MUFFIN MIXTURE
- 2 packages jiffy corn bread mix
- 2 - large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 ounces can creamed corn
How To Make corn muffins with jalapenos, cheese and bacon

Step 1Cook bacon and crumble into small bits

Step 2Place cupcake liners into cupcake pan and spray lightly with non stick cooking spray

Step 3Mix cornbread mixture ingredients then about add 2 tablespoons into each cupcake line

Step 4Mix cream cheese mixture. Place 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture on top of cornbread mixture

Step 5Top with bacon. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes
