Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup arrow powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup grapeseed
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples peeled and diced
How To Make cinnamon apple muffins

Step 1preheat oven to 350 line muffin tins with paper liners. In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients.

Step 2stir the wet ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in the chopped apples and walnuts if preferred.

Step 3spoon the muffin mix into the lined muffin tins. bake for 30-35 minutes until the tops are brown cool for 30 minutes.
