Ingredients

  • 2 c
    almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 c
    arrow powder
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c
    grapeseed
  • 1/2 c
    agave nectar
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 medium
    apples peeled and diced

How to Make Cinnamon Apple Muffins

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven to 350 line muffin tins with paper liners. In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients.
  2. stir the wet ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in the chopped apples and walnuts if preferred.
  3. spoon the muffin mix into the lined muffin tins. bake for 30-35 minutes until the tops are brown cool for 30 minutes.
