chicken soup muffins
None of the recipes I have found for these had very much flavor. After a few tries, I came up with this flavorful recipe. It is delicious & goes with many different foods for a wonderful meal.

Makes 12 muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1 can (10.5 oz.)cream of chicken soup
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup butter, unsalted, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 - packets chicken flavor boost
How To Make chicken soup muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees & spray a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray.

Step 2In small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, & poultry seasoning. Set aside.

Step 3In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

Step 4Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients & stir just until combined. Do not over mix.

Step 5Divide batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until tooth pick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean. Best when served warm.
