Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons squeazed fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
How To Make blueberry lemon muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.

Step 2Combine 1 1/2 cups of flour, 3/4 cup of sugar, salt and baking powder. Place oil into a l cup measuring cup with the egg, and milk to fill the cup. Mix into flour mixture.

Step 3Mix blueberries in a bowl with lemon juice and toss. Add to batter and then mix in the zest. Fill muffin cups with batter then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in preheated oven.
