1Stir all ingredients (except blueberries) together in a large bowl.
2Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour over blueberries and toss gently to cover. (this keeps the blueberries from going to the bottom of the cake.)
3Gently fold blueberries into the cake batter.
4Pour mixture into sprayed(pam) baking dish.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until tester(toothpick) comes out clean.
Cool then dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with Lemon Sauce. (optional) RECIPE BELOW
1/2 cup sugar
4 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 cup water
1 tbls butter
2 tbls lemon juice
In a sauce pan combine sugar, cornstarch, lemon peel.
Gradually add water until blended.
cook and stir for 2 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in butter and lemon juice.
This can also be kept in the refrigerator and heated in the microwave when needed.
