nut meg
1/2 tsp
salt
1 stick
butter, melted
1 c
sugar

eggs, lightly beaten

overripe bananas, mashed
1/4 c
milk
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
pecan chips

How to Make Banana Nut Muffins

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2Coat muffin tin heavily with cooking spray or line with paper liners.
  • 3In a separate bowl, wisk together with a fork or heavy wire wisk, mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla together until well blended.
  • 4Gently stir in pecan chips into banana mixture.
  • 5Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • 6Spoon batter into a muffin tin, 3/4 full.
  • 7Bake muffins 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
