Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon nut meg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 - overripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecan chips
How To Make banana nut muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2Coat muffin tin heavily with cooking spray or line with paper liners.

Step 3In a separate bowl, wisk together with a fork or heavy wire wisk, mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla together until well blended.

Step 4Gently stir in pecan chips into banana mixture.

Step 5Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Step 6Spoon batter into a muffin tin, 3/4 full.

Step 7Bake muffins 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
