Ingredients
- - 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- - 1 teaspoon baking soda
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder
- - 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - 3 large ripe bananas; mashed
- - 3/4 cup sugar
- - 1 whole egg; lightly beaten
- - 1/3 cup butter; melted
- TOPPING
- - 1/3 cup brown sugar
- - 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- - 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- - 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make banana crumb muffins

Step 1In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. Combine bananas, sugar, egg and butter and mix well. Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.

Step 2Fill greased or paper line muffin cups 3/4 full.

Step 3Combine 1st three topping ingredients and cut in butter until crumbly and sprinkle over muffins.

Step 4Bake at 375 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes or until test done. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing.
