I saw this recipe on http://foodwishes.blogspot.com/2013/12/focaccia-di-recco-treating-myself.html and thought it would be a great change from pizza... You MUST watch the video to get down the technique..its eacy but hard to explain...and NO there is no yeast in this...LOL

  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tabl water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3/4 teaspoon fine salt
  • (TIP FOR FIRST TIMERS: MAKE A DOUBLE BATCH OF DOUGH SO YOU HAVE PLENTY TO WORK WITH!)
