I use my pizza cutter and bench scraper to cut and scoop up the biscuits so it's fast and easy. You can make them the classic round also, to your liking.

How to Make GiCi's BISCUITS!
- 1Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Cut in butter. Slowly add buttermilk. Do not over mix. Dump mixture onto a flour dusted counter. Press out by hand folding dough over onto itself, alternating directions 3 or 4 times. Keep the dough squarish as you work - roughly 8x8.
- 2Cut the dough square with a knife or pizza cutter into 9 squares. Place in baking dish or cookie sheet, slightly touching. Bake at 425 until done (golden on top) About 15-20 minutes.
- 3Glaze tops with butter once they've been out of the oven for a minute or two.
