My family loves these. They are pretty similar to the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay copy cat recipe. Enjoy!

  • 2 1/4 c
    biscuit mix
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 1/3 c
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp

How to Make Garlic-Cheddar Biscuits


  1. Mix together biscuit mix, milk and cheddar cheese. Drop by spoonfuls about the size of ping pong balls onto greased cookie sheet.
  2. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes. Meanwhile mix seasonings with melted butter.
  3. When biscuits are done, drizzle melted butter over each one. Remove from pan into a covered dish for five minutes to steam. Serve warm.
