easy strawberry-cheese danish
I was craving danish one morning, but didn't have any puff pastry and didn't feel like making homemade, so I wondered if i could use my pillsbury biscuits as a pastry layer, and it worked beautifully!

Ingredients
- 1 - 8-count pkg buttermilk biscuits
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup strawberry preserves
How To Make easy strawberry-cheese danish

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray 16 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. Separate each biscuit into 2 pieces. Place each piece into muffin cup.

Step 2Press dough against bottom and up sides of muffin cup. In bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Spoon mix into cups evenly. Evenly top w/ preserves. Bake 10 mins, or until golden.
