Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 3/4 cup reduced fat, shredded shard cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 cup cold water
How To Make copycat red lobster biscuits

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2Melt butter in a small bowl in microwave or over low Heat in a small frying pan. Once butter is melted, add ½ Tbsp minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove butter and garlic from heat and add parsley. Set aside.

Step 3In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick baking mix, reduced-fat cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add cold water and mix just until mixed. Drop batter by heaping tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet.

Step 4Bake for 8 minutes. Remove and brush or drizzle garlic butter and parsley onto biscuits. Bake for 5-6 additional minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
