  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    garlic, minced
  • 2 c
    biscuit mix
  • 3/4 c
    reduced fat, shredded shard cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    cold water

How to Make Copycat Red Lobster Biscuits


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Melt butter in a small bowl in microwave or over low Heat in a small frying pan. Once butter is melted, add ½ Tbsp minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove butter and garlic from heat and add parsley. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick baking mix, reduced-fat cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add cold water and mix just until mixed. Drop batter by heaping tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove and brush or drizzle garlic butter and parsley onto biscuits. Bake for 5-6 additional minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
