I love these biscuit " muffins " for a quick breakfast or a little snack.

    chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp

    8 count pkg buttermilk biscuits
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, softened

How to Make Cinnamon-nut danish


  1. Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray 16 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In small bowl, combine walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Cut each biscuit in 1/2. Place each biscuit 1/2 in a muffin cup, pressing against bottom and sides.
  3. In bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Spoon even amounts of cream cheese mix into muffin cups. Sprinkle evenly w/ nut mix. Bake 10 mins, or until golden.
