These biscuits aren't sweet yet aren't dry. Melt in your mouth, goes with almost anything kind of biscuits!!!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup 7-up, at room temperature

How To Make 7-up biscuits

  • Step 1
    Mix Bisquick, sour cream and 7-up together
  • Step 2
    Dough will be a lil wet and soft
  • Step 3
    Knead the dough on a flat surface. Dust surface with Bisquick to alleviate the dough sticking
  • Step 4
    roll/pat out dough to about 1 inch thickness
  • Step 5
    Melt butter. Pour into baking dish
  • Step 6
    Cut dough with round flour dusted biscuit/cookie cutters
  • Step 7
    Place in baking dish on top of the pool of butter
  • Step 8
    Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit on top/center rack until golden brown...about 15-20 minutes
