- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped, fresh chives
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cup heavy, or light cream
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
How To Make yummy chive biscuits

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in cream, mix until dough forms. Place on floured surface and knead 10 times, until smooth. Roll dough until 1/2"-thick. Cut dough into 12 biscuits. Place biscuits on baking sheet, brush w/ egg and bake for about 8-10 min, or until light brown.
