Easy to make and yummy, especially w/ some soup.

Ingredients

2 c
self-rising flour
1 Tbsp
sugar
1 Tbsp
chopped, fresh chives
1/4 tsp
dried thyme
1 tsp
salt
1-1/2 c
heavy, or light cream
1 large
egg, lightly beaten

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 400. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in cream, mix until dough forms. Place on floured surface and knead 10 times, until smooth. Roll dough until 1/2"-thick. Cut dough into 12 biscuits. Place biscuits on baking sheet, brush w/ egg and bake for about 8-10 min, or until light brown.
