This was my grandmother's recipe. My grandmother was born in 1900, so this recipe was had a long life. By sharing it, I hope it continues to live on. This dough will last in the fridge for a few days.

Ingredients
- 1 package yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 cups self-rising flour
How To Make yeast biscuits

Step 1Mix sugar and yeast with warm water.

Step 2Add oil and part of flour.

Step 3Chill in the fridge overnight, covered with an oiled cloth.

Step 4Drop into greased muffin tins.

Step 5Bake at 400-425 for 20 minutes.
