This was my grandmother's recipe. My grandmother was born in 1900, so this recipe was had a long life. By sharing it, I hope it continues to live on. This dough will last in the fridge for a few days.

Ingredients For yeast biscuits

1 pkgyeast

1/2 csugar
-
1egg
-
2 cwarm water

1/2 coil

4 cself-rising flour
How To Make yeast biscuits

1Mix sugar and yeast with warm water.

2Add oil and part of flour.

3Chill in the fridge overnight, covered with an oiled cloth.

4Drop into greased muffin tins.

5Bake at 400-425 for 20 minutes.
