How to Make Whole Wheat Biscuits
- 1Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, mix well.
- 2Combine milk and oil: stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
- 3Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 3 or 4 times.
- 4Roll dough to 1/2" thick; cut with a 2 1/2" biscuit cutter.
- 5Place on a ungreased baking sheet.
- 6Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
