whipping cream biscuits
Found this recipe in a flyer in the sunday paper last week. They are a more dense biscuit. my hubby liked them with butter and honey!!

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 to 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
How To Make whipping cream biscuits

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees. combine flour and cream in a mixing bowl. stiring just until blended. ( the dough will be alitte stiff) transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead 10 times. roll to 1/2 inch thickness and cut with a 2 inch cutter. place biscuits close together on a lightly greased baking sheet. bake 10 minutes. Makes 12 biscuits

Step 2I used 2 cups of flour, but next time I would start with 1 3/4 cup. you can always add alittle more.
