I place the biscuit mix, cream and sugar in my food processor, pulse just until moistened.
Lightly flour a spot on your counter and pour out the mix. Knead the mixture 8 - 10 times or until holding nicely together.
2Roll biscuits to about 1/2 inch thickness. I use a 3 inch biscuit cutter. Cut into dough, don't twist the cutter. ( I use the scraps too - pat together and cut a few extras.)- not pretty but still tastes good! LOL
Place on a lightly greased sheet pan, about 1 inch apart.
3Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden.
Serve as mini biscuit sandwiches as I did or jam, sausage gravy. Great just slathered with butter.
