How to Make TRACIE'S MOM'S BEER BISCUITS
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Bisquick and sugar. Mix well. Add the beer; stir, but don't over-mix. Batter should be lumpy.
- Drop by spoonsful onto a greased muffin tin or cookie sheet. Bake in a pre-heated 375-degree oven for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
