Makes 1 to 1 1/2 dozen
Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 can beer
- 2 tablespoons sugar
How To Make tracie's mom's beer biscuits

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, combine Bisquick and sugar. Mix well. Add the beer; stir, but don't over-mix. Batter should be lumpy.

Step 2Drop by spoonsful onto a greased muffin tin or cookie sheet. Bake in a pre-heated 375-degree oven for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
