Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mashed sweet potatoes, fresh or canned ( as long as it's not pie filling)
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups plain flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - scant dash cinnamon
How To Make sweet potato biscuits

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Step 2Mix potatoes, butter, milk and add dry ingredients. Make a soft dough.

Step 3Turn out onto a floured board and toss lightly. Pat out dough about 1" thick. Cut with floured cutter.

Step 4Bake on greased pan for about 15 minutes.
