3/4 cmashed sweet potatoes, fresh or canned ( as long as it's not pie filling)

2/3 cmilk

1/4 cbutter, melted

1 1/4 cplain flour

2 tspbaking powder

1 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspsalt

·scant dash cinnamon
How to Make Sweet Potato Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Mix potatoes, butter, milk and add dry ingredients. Make a soft dough.
- Turn out onto a floured board and toss lightly. Pat out dough about 1" thick. Cut with floured cutter.
- Bake on greased pan for about 15 minutes.
