How to Make Sweet Potato Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare biscuit pan, if necessary, and set aside.
- Drain and mash sweet potatoes. Mix, by hand, flour, sugar, sweet potatoes, and butter until completely blended.
- You can either roll out dough on floured surface and use biscuit cutter or roll dough into a log shape and pinch off portions, rolling and flattening on biscuit pan.
- Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
