How to Make Sweet Potato Biscuits
- 1In mixing bowl stir together the flour, baking powder, brown sugar and salt. Cut in shortening till mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- 2Combine egg , mashed sweet potato, and milk. Add all at once to dry mixture. stir just till dough clings together.
- 3you can drop on cookie sheet or roll out dough and cut out biscuits.
Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes.
