These sweet cheese bicuits are great served with spicy BBQ. Some claim this is the Jim n Nicks recipe. This I don't know for sure but they are very close. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter, no substitute, melted
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 - egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cheese, shredded (i used sharp)

How To Make sweet cheese biscuits - dee dee's

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Grease mini muffin tins. (NOTE: I suggest flouring the tins, if you don't these will stick)
Step 3

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased mini-muffin tins.
Step 4

Bake at 400º F for 20 minutes.
