Ingredients
- 1 cup water, warm
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 7 cups sifted flour
How To Make sour dough biscuits

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Step 2Mix first two ingredients (warm water and yeast) and set aside.

Step 3In a seperate bowl, mix all of the rest of the ingredients. Once mixed well, add warm water and yeast mixture.

Step 4Cover bowl tightly and refrigerate for an hour or so.

Step 5Roll out dough with rolling pin and cut out as desired with biscuit or cookie cutter.

Step 6Bake 12-15 minutes. ENJOY!
