Sour Cream Biscuits
These are a super easy biscuit to make for cool weather soups, stews, etc...and the recipes, doubles and triples wonderfully for larger amounts needed...
- 1 c
- self rising flour
- 4 oz
- sour cream
- 1/2 c
- butter, melted
- mini muffin tin
- a litttle extra melted butter-optional
1Mix the butter and sour cream well, add the flour, pour into the mini muffin tin and bake at 400 for approx 15 minutes. If you want you can brush a little extra melted butter on the tops when they come outta the oven...
2These little muffins are so good, and go great with any cool weather soups, etc...or will jelly, syrup, etc...
