self rising flour
4 oz
sour cream
1/2 c
butter, melted
mini muffin tin
a litttle extra melted butter-optional

How to Make Sour Cream Biscuits


  • 1Mix the butter and sour cream well, add the flour, pour into the mini muffin tin and bake at 400 for approx 15 minutes. If you want you can brush a little extra melted butter on the tops when they come outta the oven...
  • 2These little muffins are so good, and go great with any cool weather soups, etc...or will jelly, syrup, etc...
