- 1 cup self rising flour
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- - mini muffin tin
- - a litttle extra melted butter-optional
How To Make sour cream biscuits

Step 1Mix the butter and sour cream well, add the flour, pour into the mini muffin tin and bake at 400 for approx 15 minutes. If you want you can brush a little extra melted butter on the tops when they come outta the oven...

Step 2These little muffins are so good, and go great with any cool weather soups, etc...or will jelly, syrup, etc...
