salt
21/2 tsp

baking powder
1/2 tsp

soda
4 Tbsp

Sift together flour,salt and baking powder.Work in 4 tablespoons of shortening.Stir in ground ham.STIR soda into buttermilk,add to flour and mix lightly.Pat or roll out and bake in 425*F.
