- 3 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 - beaten egg
- 4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter, cold
- 1 cup milk, cold
How To Make sky high biscuits

Step 1Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt & cream of tartar. Cut in butter till coarse. Add egg and milk quickly; knead lightly on floured surface. Roll to 1-inch thick; cut with biscuit cutter and bake on lightly greased baking sheet at 450F for 12-15 minutes.
