My mom got this recipe from Taste of Home many years ago. I have made them as a snack or appetizer for a party. Remember, the Super Bowl is coming soon!!! They are so tasty!!! * I borrowed the picture from the taste of home website. :)

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    7.5 oz refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 pkg
8 oz. brown and serve sausages, browned according to package directions
  • ·
    grated parmesan cheese
  • ·
    oregano, dried
  • ·
    butter

How to Make Sausage Biscuit Bites

Step-by-Step

  1. Roll out each biscuit into a 4-in. circle. Spread butter on the biscuit. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Place sausage link on the biscuit and roll up. Cut each widthwise into four pieces; insert a toothpick into each. *I usually insert the toothpick before cutting....the biscuit stays rolled up better that way.
  3. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
