Ingredients
- 1 can 7.5 oz refrigerated biscuits
- 1 package 8 oz. brown and serve sausages, browned according to package directions
- - grated parmesan cheese
- - oregano, dried
- - butter
How To Make sausage biscuit bites
-
Step 1Roll out each biscuit into a 4-in. circle. Spread butter on the biscuit. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.
-
Step 2Place sausage link on the biscuit and roll up. Cut each widthwise into four pieces; insert a toothpick into each. *I usually insert the toothpick before cutting....the biscuit stays rolled up better that way.
-
Step 3Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
