A friend of mine served these great appetizers at a jewelry show. I got her recipe for my next show & they disappeared in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 can flaky biscuits
  • 8 ounces cream cheese - softened
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes - drained
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage (we like hot)

How To Make rotel biscuits

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray muffin pan with non-stick spray.
  • Step 2
    Separate biscuits & cut each in half. Shape each half into cup. I pull mine apart slightly & press gently into cup.
  • Step 3
    Brown sausage in skillet. Remove from heat. Drain off any grease. Add Cream Cheese & stir to melt.Add drained Rotel. Stir to combine. Spoon sausage mixture into each biscuit cup.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Remove from pan & serve warm.
