flaky biscuits
8 oz
cream cheese - softened
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes - drained
1 lb
bulk pork sausage (we like hot)

How to Make Rotel Biscuits


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray muffin pan with non-stick spray.
  • 2Separate biscuits & cut each in half. Shape each half into cup. I pull mine apart slightly & press gently into cup.
  • 3Brown sausage in skillet. Remove from heat. Drain off any grease. Add Cream Cheese & stir to melt.Add drained Rotel. Stir to combine. Spoon sausage mixture into each biscuit cup.
  • 4Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Remove from pan & serve warm.
