I just came across this recipe today...the reviews I read were great and each biscuit yields only 1.5 grams of carbs! I will try it next weekend and post a pic if they turn our decent

Ingredients

  • 8 oz - cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups pork rind flour (i assume crushed up from the bag you buy from store, regular flavor)
  • 1/2 cup parmasian cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (italian mix)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, italian

How To Make red lobster cheddar bay biscuit atlernative

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Step 2
    Bring eggs and cream cheese to room temp. then mix untill well blended
  • Step 3
    Add the dry ingredients,spices, and cheeses to the wet mixture and blend, mixture will be thick.
  • Step 4
    Grease the muffin tin and mound the mixture inside (lemon size)
  • Step 5
    Bake at 425 for 12-15 min.
  • Step 6
    Remove from oven and brush with melted butter
  • Step 7
