I just came across this recipe today...the reviews I read were great and each biscuit yields only 1.5 grams of carbs! I will try it next weekend and post a pic if they turn our decent

- 8 oz - cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups pork rind flour (i assume crushed up from the bag you buy from store, regular flavor)
- 1/2 cup parmasian cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (italian mix)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley, italian

Step 1preheat oven to 425 degrees

Step 2Bring eggs and cream cheese to room temp. then mix untill well blended

Step 3Add the dry ingredients,spices, and cheeses to the wet mixture and blend, mixture will be thick.
