Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose-flour
- 1fourth cup sugar
- 4 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1half teaspoon eash-salt,ground cinnamon,and nutmeg
- 1half cup butter or margarine
- 1 third cup pecans chopped (optional)
- 2 thirds cups cooked,mashed pumpkin or canned solid packed packed pumpkin
- 1 third cup half and half
How To Make pumpkin biscuts

Step 1Sift dry ingredients together. Cut butter into flour mixture until it resembles peas. Stir in pecans. IN a glass measuring cup combine pumpkin and half and half. Stir into flour mixture.Dought should be stiff . Turn dough onto floured board and knead several times. If dough is still sticky add a little more flour while kneading. Roll to one half inch thick and cut with two inch cutter.Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degree for 12-15 minutes until golden brown Makes 12-16 biscuts.
