As usual I like quick and easy cooking....and this is that!! You don't even have to roll the biscuits out and cut them. You can drop them by a spoon and flatten out to bake. Just as good and quicker.

Ingredients

4 cups biscuit mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup club soda (or sprite soft drink)
1 stick butter

How To Make popeyes' biscuits

Step 1

Blend first 3 ingredients. Roll out and cut out biscuits. Roll in melted butter and place on baking pan. Pour remaining butter over biscuits. Bake 325 until brown about 15 to 20 minutes.
