How To Make phila hach's beaten biscuits

1Blend dry ingredients.Using the fingers,work in the lard until the mixture is fine.Add cold milk to make a stiff dough.Run the dough through the bread brake until it starts popping and talking back to incorporate air between layers.Takes about 30 minutes.Fold dough each roll out the dough 1/2-inch thick.Cut with cutter and prick with fork all the way through-this holds flaky layers together.Bake at 350*F.for 25 minutes.Serve with country ham.
