How to Make No Knead Rolls


  1. Dissolve yeast and 1/4 cup sugar in very warm water.
  2. Add oil and egg. Stir in 1/2 cup of lour and 1/4 cup sugar.Mix well and add remaining flour to make stiff dough.
  3. Place in an oiled bowl and let rise until doubled in bulk.
  4. Poke dough down and make into rolls.
  5. Place in an oiled pan and let rise again.
  6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
