6 1/2 cflour
2 pkgactive dry yeast
2 cwarm water
How to Make No Knead Rolls
- Dissolve yeast and 1/4 cup sugar in very warm water.
- Add oil and egg. Stir in 1/2 cup of lour and 1/4 cup sugar.Mix well and add remaining flour to make stiff dough.
- Place in an oiled bowl and let rise until doubled in bulk.
- Poke dough down and make into rolls.
- Place in an oiled pan and let rise again.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
