Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 packages active dry yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup oil

How To Make no knead rolls

  • Step 1
    Dissolve yeast and 1/4 cup sugar in very warm water.
  • Step 2
    Add oil and egg. Stir in 1/2 cup of lour and 1/4 cup sugar.Mix well and add remaining flour to make stiff dough.
  • Step 3
    Place in an oiled bowl and let rise until doubled in bulk.
  • Step 4
    Poke dough down and make into rolls.
  • Step 5
    Place in an oiled pan and let rise again.
  • Step 6
    Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
