2 cflour

2 Tbspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 Tbspdried parsley, or chives, or favorite herb

1/4 csoftened butter
-
1 c2% milk
-
2 Tbspmelted butter
How to Make My go-to biscuits
- Heat oven to 425. Lightly spray baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt and favorite herbs.
- Add softened butter, knead w/ hands. Add milk, beat w/ whisk or spoon for 1 mins, until a soft dough forms. Place dough on floured work surface.
- Knead dough until smooth. Pull dough into 12 pieces, ( or more.) Place dough on baking sheet. Brush dough w/ melted butter. BAke 10-13 mins, or until light golden brown.
